With the holidays and their surrounding drama, I fell off the MPM bandwagon. The last few days have been almost extreme in their mass amounts of restaurant usage (pizzeria pizza for a busy lunch, Chickies & Pete’s dinner since the Giants game wasn’t televised in our area, etc.) so we really need to get back on track with some at-home meals.
I’m also running late with this post, but figured it was better late than never. I have to get started again somehow right? So here goes:
Monday – Kielbasa with red beans & rice (it was yum)
Tuesday – Slow cooker chicken stroganoff
Wednesday – Spaghetti and meatballs
Thursday – Baked tilapia
Friday – Potato Gatto casserole (mostly because I am desperately craving lunchmeat and something involving cooked lunchmeat I can actually eat, hooray!)
Saturday – Out!
Sunday – Leftovers or something fast like sandwiches
