I know it’s been ages since I actually shared a “deal” on here, but I wanted to pass this one along since I thought it was so choice.
For some reason, I HATE spending money on checks. I guess it’s because they used to be free from the bank, remember that? Anyway, I put off ordering checks until it gets way too late and then I’m scrounging around trying to set up accounts to pay bills online because I have no checks. Geez, that sounds so lazy.
Anyway, I pulled out the first flyer I could find from the Valpak or whatever and I resolved to just buy some checks already. The site is 4checks.com. It’s totally cheesy, but I decided to order the “Crayon Cuties” variety like pictured above. Then I was going to enter the code on the flyer for $2 off an online order (code: DL0023) when I decided to look 4checks up on Retail Me Not to see if there were any better codes. I decided to use code DE0179 since I’m a first time customer and it took my two boxes of checks from $34.90 to $7.05! Woohoo!
Make sure you check “no” on the fraud protection (I had to do it twice) and choose the free bulk mailing (there’s still a $3 handling charge) and you’ll wind up with some cheap checks! If you use a cheaper check design than mine then they should be really cheap. My two boxes came to $10 shipped!
