In a miraculous turn of events, Marc & I have actually been going on several dates lately. Add in family and friend get-togethers for birthdays, holidays, etc. and we’ve been dropping some cash on going out to eat. But, on the flip-side, I’ve been doing pretty good about sticking to a meal plan when we’re actually at home. So I have a quick run-down of this week:
Monday – Stuffed shells & green beans in the crock pot
Tuesday – Cape Breton chicken from my freezer cooking stash
Wednesday – Pork chops in mushroom sauce (crock pot)
Thursday – Pasta with vodka sauce and peas
Friday – Mexicali meatloaf (also from the freezer stash)
Saturday – Out!
Sunday – Pizza
