Oh my goodness, Bay. I have got to give this a try. We don’t have a lot of freezer space, but there’s only 3 of us, and 2 of us only eat a little bit. Even if I could do 1/2 month. Anyway, this is so awesome, and I really appreciate you sharing it!

I am planning on starting this type of cooking. I hope to start on some mini sessions this week end. At the moment, my freezer space is almost non existent. In that it is full of meat and vegetables. However, I figure if I pull out a lot of the meat on hand, as opposed to buying it, that should make room for some meals. I actually just bought that book, should be here any day. I have the Frozen Assets Lite, Dream Dinners, and a couple of other OAMC style books. Also have my mom’s recipe box which has all of her casserole recipes that I know freeze well. Wonder what mom would have thought if she knew she cooked for the freezer.

But confession: I am totally a mushroom hater.
