It’s been a while since I wrote a Menu Plan Monday post, mostly because I haven’t had the need to plan my meals out for the week. “Why?” you ask? Because I did another month of OAMC, as I detailed the last time I did it. I have had so many meals frozen and ready to go that I don’t really need to shop for ingredients, etc. But, since I have started my household binder, the planner pages that I’m using have slots to write in every night’s dinner, and one of the tasks on Sunday is to “Plan weekly menu/shopping list.” So I thought it would be beneficial to me to write out a post of it anyway, as another reminder for me (and you, hopefully) to stick with the plan.
If you need resources to get started on the Menu Plan Monday bandwagon, then check out orgjunkie.com which is the site that hosts MPM every week. She has lists to recipe resources and also everyone who participates links up their post, so you can check out what other people are eating and get ideas.
Here’s what we’re eating this week:
Monday – Smothered Burritos (from the freezer)
Tuesday – Italian Sausage Pie (from the freezer)
Wednesday – White Cheese Chicken Lasagna (I’m only making this “fresh” because I’m making another tray to take to a friend who had a baby!)
Thursday – Pork Chops (from the freezer)
Friday – Creamy Enchiladas (you guessed it, from the freezer)
Saturday – Out!
Sunday – Leftovers
